When the calendar shrinks

Construction dates move, and they rarely move later. An inspector finds an opening in the calendar, a retailer pulls the soft opening forward, or a cleaning company you counted on drops the job. Rush construction cleaning starts from the new date, not the old schedule. We walk the site, list what has to be clean for the people arriving first, and lay out visits that fit between now and then, using nights and weekends when daytime hours belong to the trades.

A compressed schedule calls for priorities. Areas the inspector, owner or first customer will see come first: entries, main rooms, restrooms, kitchens and anything with glass. Back rooms and storage follow. Where trades are still finishing, we split the space and clean released areas while work continues elsewhere. You get a clear plan with the order of rooms and the visit times, so your superintendent knows exactly where our crews will be each night.

A tighter calendar never lowers the standard. Supervisors still inspect each area before it is marked ready, crews still follow site rules and PPE requirements, and the certificate of insurance is in your paperwork before the first rushed visit. If you are taking over from another cleaner, we walk what was already done and pick up from there, so finished rooms are not paid for twice. When the walkthrough moves up, the quality of the clean stays where it was.

Step by step

How it works.

01

New date in

Call with the date that changed, the site address and who has to sign off.

02

Priorities set

The walkthrough ranks rooms by who sees them first and what the inspector or owner checks.

03

Crews scheduled

Visits are placed between now and your date, nights and weekends included, and a supervisor inspects each area.

A few useful answers

Rush cleaning questions.

What should I have ready when I call about a rush job?

The site address, the new date, who has to sign off and which trades are still working. Photos or a floor plan are a bonus. With those, the walkthrough goes straight to priorities and the visit plan.

Does a rush clean cost more?

The written quote reflects the work itself: square footage, the number of visits placed before your date, how much night and weekend time the plan needs and the condition of the space. The walkthrough is free.

Can you take over from another cleaning company mid-project?

Yes. We walk what has been done, note what remains and plan from there, so you are not paying to clean finished rooms twice.

Will rush cleaning get in the way of the trades?

It is scheduled to avoid that. Where trades are working days, crews come in after them; where areas are released, we clean those while work goes on elsewhere.
