Units ready for tours and keys

Apartment lease-ups move on two schedules at once: construction releasing units and leasing filling them. The leasing office, models and amenity spaces need to look perfect for tours while the upper floors are still being finished. We plan the clean from the leasing calendar, cleaning models and common areas first, then each batch of units as it is released, so residents get keys to homes that are ready to live in.

Each unit gets the full detail: cabinets and drawers inside and out, appliances, counters, sinks and fixtures, bathroom tile and glass, window sills and tracks, closet shelving, light fixtures, vents and every floor. Labels, film and paint spots come off. Corridors, elevators, mail rooms, fitness centers, clubhouses and pool areas are cleaned for tours, then refreshed before the first move-ins.

Developers and property managers get one plan for the whole lease-up, with batches matched to release dates and touch-ups when a unit sits empty and gathers dust. Crews follow site rules and PPE requirements on active floors, supervisors inspect each unit before it goes to leasing, and the certificate of insurance is on file with the general contractor and the management company.

Renovation projects inside occupied communities need the same care. When units are upgraded between residents, each one has a move-in date attached, and the clean is placed between the last trade and that date. Crews keep hallways and shared areas tidy for the residents who live there throughout the work, follow the community’s rules on parking, noise and elevator use, and leave each upgraded unit ready for its next resident.

A few useful answers

Lease-up cleaning questions.

Can you clean units in batches as they are released?

Yes. Each batch is cleaned on its own release date, and the plan follows your leasing calendar so units are ready before their move-ins.

What happens if a cleaned unit sits empty before move-in?

Dust settles. We return for a quick refresh before the move-in so the resident’s first look matches the tour.

Can you clean amenity spaces for a leasing event?

Yes. Clubhouses, fitness centers, lobbies and pool areas are cleaned for the date of the event, separate from the unit batches.

How is lease-up cleaning priced?

By unit count and size, amenity square footage, the number of release batches and any return touch-ups. A free walkthrough sets the plan and the written quote follows.

Do you clean renovated units between residents?

Yes. Each upgraded unit is cleaned between the last trade and its move-in date, and shared hallways stay tidy for residents during the work.

Tell us your date. We will walk the site, plan the clean backward from it and send a written quote.
