Service questions.
Which service do I need if my date is an inspection?
Book pre-inspection cleaning. It clears the paths, fixtures and surfaces inspectors look at first, and a final clean or punch list touch-ups then take the space to handover.
Can one project use more than one service?
Yes. A phased building might combine phased turnover cleaning for early floors, a pre-inspection clean before the occupancy visit and a final clean before keys change hands. We map them all on one plan.
What if our date moves earlier?
Call us with the new date. Rush construction cleaning rebuilds the plan around it, and we re-plan the visits backward from the new day, using nights and weekends where the trades leave room.
Do you work for general contractors and for owners?
Yes. General contractors and superintendents book us as part of closeout, and developers, property managers and store-opening teams book directly when the date is theirs.
