Finished open office with rows of desks, black task chairs and a few moving boxes by the windows

From jobsite to finished space

The last days of a build leave a fine layer of drywall dust on every ledge, adhesive on the glass, labels on the fixtures and grit in every track. Post-construction cleaning removes all of it, top to bottom, so the finishes your trades installed look the way the architect drew them. We start with the date on your schedule and work backward, deciding which areas get cleaned first, which wait for the last trade and when the final detail pass happens.

Our crews dust high ledges, vents, light fixtures and door frames, wipe cabinets inside and out, clean glass and mirrors, scrub restrooms and break rooms, remove film and stickers, and vacuum and mop every floor. Debris and packaging leave with us or go to the site’s bins, whichever your superintendent prefers. Each area is checked by a supervisor before we mark it done, so the space is ready for inspection photos, the owner walk and the first day of use.

Paperwork matters on a jobsite. Swift is insured, bonded and carries workers’ compensation, and a certificate of insurance is ready for the GC’s file before the first visit. Crews are background-checked and follow site rules and PPE requirements. We schedule around the trades and the client’s hours, evenings and weekends included, so cleaning fits between the other crews rather than stopping them. One contact holds the plan from the first visit to the final walk.

Step by step

How it works.

01

Date first

We start with your inspection, handover or opening day and the trades still on site.

02

Visits mapped

Each visit goes on the calendar backward from that day, with nights and weekends where they fit.

03

Inspected before you walk

A supervisor checks every room before your walkthrough, so nothing waits for a second trip.

A few useful answers

Post-construction cleaning questions.

When should the post-construction clean start?

After the dusty trades finish in an area, and early enough to leave a detail pass before your date. The walkthrough sets that order, so drywall sanding and ceiling work are behind us before glass and fixtures get their final polish.

Do you remove construction debris?

Yes, loose debris, packaging and cleaning waste. We bag it and take it to the site’s dumpster or haul it away, whichever suits the way your site handles waste.

Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. Crews arrive with vacuums, ladders, cleaning chemicals and supplies, so all you provide is access, power and water.

What goes into the price of a post-construction clean?

Square footage, how many visits fit before your date, the dust and residue left behind, glass and fixture counts, and whether the work runs at night or on weekends. We walk the site at no charge and follow up with a price in writing.
