The buyer walk is booked and escrow has a date. We detail each home so the buyer remembers the house, not the dust.

For a builder, the buyer walk is where months of work become a first impression. Drywall dust in the cabinets, stickers on the appliances or paint on the tile turn a happy walk into a list of complaints. We plan each home’s clean backward from the buyer walk and the closing, so the house is detailed when the buyer arrives and refreshed if the closing shifts by a few days.
Every home gets the full detail: cabinets and drawers inside and out, counters, appliances inside and out, sinks, tubs, showers and toilets, mirrors and glass, light fixtures, fans, vents, baseboards, doors and window tracks. Garages are swept, and every floor is vacuumed and mopped. Manufacturer stickers and protective film come off fixtures, glass and finishes.
Production builders and developers closing homes in phases get a schedule that follows the release of each lot, with homes cleaned in the order they close. Model homes get their own show-ready clean before grand openings and sales events. Crews follow site rules and PPE requirements, supervisors inspect each home before the buyer walk, and the certificate of insurance is on file with the builder.
Custom builders and remodelers get the same attention on a single home. A custom home closing or a major remodel handed back to its owners has one date and one family waiting, and every detail is visible. We walk the house with the builder, plan the clean backward from the handover and finish with a supervisor walk, so the owners step into a home that feels brand new from the front door to the garage.
