Punch list touch-up cleaning

Punch list touch-up cleaning after the last repairs

Every punch item leaves a little dust, a smudge or a scrap of tape. We return after the repairs so the clean space stays clean.

Small repairs, fresh mess

The punch list is the last lap, and it is messy in small ways. A painter touches up a wall and leaves tape on the trim. An electrician swaps a cover plate and leaves drywall dust on the counter below. A door gets rehung and the floor collects shavings. Punch list cleaning follows those repairs room by room, so the space you already paid to clean is back to finished before the owner, tenant or inspector sees it again.

We work from your punch list itself. As items close, the superintendent sends over the rooms that need a touch-up, and crews return to those areas only. That keeps visits short and focused, avoids recleaning untouched rooms and keeps everyone’s attention on the items still open. Larger buildings with long lists get several short returns as the trades finish, each one placed on the calendar before the next walk.

Touch-ups fit around the trades still finishing. Crews come at night or on weekends when that keeps repairs moving by day, and they follow the site rules and PPE requirements. A supervisor checks each touched-up room against the punch list before we report it ready, so the second walk ends with signatures instead of new items. The final clean you paid for stays intact all the way to the keys.

Step by step

How it works.

01

Punch list shared

Send the rooms where repairs are underway or just finished.

02

Return visits

Crews clean only the areas touched by repairs, as each item closes.

03

Checked again

A supervisor rechecks each room before the next walk.

A few useful answers

Punch list cleaning questions.

How is punch list cleaning different from a final clean?

The final clean details the whole space. Punch list cleaning returns afterward to the rooms disturbed by late repairs, so finished areas stay finished.

How many touch-up visits will we need?

That follows your punch list. A short list closes in one visit; long lists on larger buildings get several short returns as trades finish. The plan is set at the walkthrough and adjusted as items close.

Can touch-ups happen the night before the walk?

Yes. A night visit before the owner or tenant walk catches late dust and leaves the space untouched until morning.

How is touch-up cleaning priced?

By the rooms and the number of return visits your list needs, plus any night or weekend hours. It is priced in writing after a free walkthrough, often together with the final clean.
