A new restaurant faces two tough audiences: the health inspector and the first guests. We clean for both, on your schedule.

Restaurant openings stack deadlines tightly. Equipment arrives, the health inspection is booked, staff orientation begins and opening night is announced, often within the same few weeks. Construction dust gets into everything: the cook line, walk-ins, air vents, booths and bar shelving. We plan the clean backward from the health inspection and the opening, so the kitchen is ready for the inspector and the dining room is ready for guests.
Back of house gets the closest attention. Crews clean and sanitize food-contact surfaces, prep tables, the cook line, sinks, shelving, walk-ins and kitchen floors, and leave the dish area ready for its first load. Front of house, they detail booths, tables, chairs, bar tops and back-bar shelving, clean glass and light fixtures, and scrub restrooms. Entries and patios get swept and wiped so the first impression starts at the door.
Many restaurants open with a soft opening first. We clean for it, then return before the grand opening to refresh the dining room and restrooms. Crews work late nights after setup and tastings, follow the site’s rules and PPE requirements while trades finish, and a supervisor checks the kitchen and dining room before your inspection and first service.
Restaurant remodels and second locations run on the same pressure. A dining room refresh in a working restaurant gets cleaned after the last seating, ready for the next service, and a new location opening across town gets its own walkthrough and plan built from its own inspection date. Owners and operators running more than one project get a single point of contact, so every opening follows the same steps and nothing about the cleaning has to be explained twice.

Yes. Crews clean and sanitize prep tables, counters, shelving and other food-contact surfaces, and clean the line, sinks and walk-ins before the inspector’s visit.
Yes. Late-night visits after friends-and-family service reset the dining room, bar, restrooms and kitchen floors before the next service.
It settles on everything. We wipe down equipment exteriors, shelving and surfaces after installation, and the walkthrough sets when that pass happens relative to delivery.

Crews come in after the last seating, clean the work area and the dining room around it, and leave the room set for the next service.
